• Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.

• Estimated Delivery:

  • Within Bangalore: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Rest of India: 4–6 working days after dispatch

While 90% of orders arrive within these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for us to coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the matter.

• Delayed Delivery:
  If your order is not delivered within 10 days of dispatch, we will initiate a full refund, which may take up to 3 business days to process.

• Address & Contact Information:
  Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. If you need to update this information before dispatch, kindly email us at Contactus@iyalsilvers.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9791882094.
  Once an order has been shipped, changes to the address or contact details cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to assist. Please allow up to 15 days for resolution in such cases.

• Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO):
  Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO). In this case, please allow up to 15 days for the returned product to reach us and for your refund to be processed. A processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking:
All orders are shipped with a tracking number that can be used to track the shipment online.
Tracking details are emailed to customers once the order is shipped.

Damages or Losses:
Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged package for replacement/refund. Open box video is required to claim the refund
