• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in the following cases — size issues, products damaged during shipping, or if an incorrect product has been sent. An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return.

• Timeframe: All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer and may take 3–5 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Usually it takes 7 working days once the return is picked up and reach to us

• How to Initiate: Please email us at Contactus@iyalsilvers.com/WhatsApp 9791882094 to request a return. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup.

• Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the total product price before issuing the refund.

We aim to resolve any issues promptly. Kindly allow up to 10 - 15 business days for the complete processing of returns and refunds.
